I'm Artem Kirsanov.
A frontend developer and UX designer with a musical past, based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

My journey into the world of technology took an unexpected route. Before I became immersed in code and design, I was crafting beats and melodies as an electronic music producer. This creative background has shaped my approach to software development in ways I never anticipated.

The transition from music to tech wasn't as jarring as you might think. Both fields require creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life. My experience in music production taught me the value of user experience - after all, a track needs to resonate with listeners just as an app needs to connect with users.

As I delved deeper into the tech world, I found myself drawn to frontend development and UX design. I've had the chance to work on a variety of projects, from leading the frontend team at Feel to working as a fullstack engineer at PollPebble. Each role has added new layers to my understanding of how to create digital products that people genuinely enjoy using.

Today, I'm channeling all of these experiences into Quillminds, a company I founded to explore the intersection of AI and education. We're working on tools that aim to make teaching and learning more engaging and effective. It's exciting to be part of something that could help people access knowledge in new ways, much like how technology opened up new avenues for music creation and distribution.
